I just don't see it with Collins. Seems like Paxson just wants a carbon copy of himself coaching his team. That probably won't win a championship in the NBA, though. Collins might not get enough credit for laying the ground work for MJ and the Bulls prior to their championships. Lots more experience. Staying current by seeing/scouting other teams from the broadcast booth. I don't see a down side. There could be better options but there's a lot worst also. It wouldn’t be the worst move.
