Does everyone realize that this is the way things work in the NFL. Seriously, players all want new contracts, it's not bad or new that Urlacher thinks he should make more money than Calvin Pace. A mediocre season for him puts him still as one of the top 5-7 LBs in the game. I agree, though, he needs to dominate if he's getting paid this much money. Now, about that QB situation......
