CUBS GET HEILMAN

The Cubs traded Ronny Cedeno and newly acquired pitcher Garrett Olson for Mariners pitcher Aaron Heilman. It’s hard to believe that Heilman is already 30 years old.

He had an off year in 2008, but he chomps up innings. Cubs fans, here is your new Bob Howry.

More on this later–I’m waiting to hear back from my Mets expert!

    But…but…but…those were the players the Cubs were going to trade to the Padres for Peavy!!

    Major LOL–and I’m not just writing it either. I really did. At least the Miles thing makes a little more sense to me now.
