I’m not walking a fine line at all. We judge people’s actions everyday. My words don’t at all imply he is a bad person, but that perhaps he is making bad choices. You read something into it and there’s not a thing I can do about it.

And I never said he did it, I said ‘if in fact he just bought jewelry, a new house and several cars and then came to court to ask for reduced child support payments’. Might help if you knew the backstory too. He did the same thing in 07, despite having a monthly salary of $50,000. BTW, did the judge deny his request because he is broke? No.

And when you write things like “Please enlighten me, oh religious one. (eyes rolling)” that is actually a judgment, as well as condescending.

You’re walking a mighty fine line with that definition, my friend. And if you really believe your words don’t imply that Henry is a bad person, then you’re not being honest with yourself. Another point that should be made here is just because the prosecuting lawyer in this case “argued that Henry spent thousands on cars and jewelry” doesn’t necessarily make it true. None of us really know what truly happened here, but you’re assuming that you do.

And just to be clear, your definition of the word “judge” is incorrect.
Websters Dictionary says “judge” (as a verb) means “to form an opinion of another person”.

A judgment of someone’s actions is not a judgment on the person. I’m not saying he is a bad person or of bad character. I’m saying that if in fact he just bought jewelry, a new house and several cars and then came to court to ask for reduced child support payments, then he needs to get real. Especially considering his remarks that he wants to take care of his children.
