Leave the Draft on Saturdays
This is a bad idea. The NFL is considering moving the first round of the draft to primetime on Thursday nights.
The reason the draft works on Saturdays is because the ladies (the non-football fans) are usually out doing something and 9 to 5 joes don’t have to work the next day. They can go to restaurants, bars, parties or just stay home and chill.
Move it to Thursdays and you cramp our options. They also want to move rounds 2 & 3 to Friday evenings and the rest of the draft to Saturday.
Does anyone else think this would decrease viewership? It would for me. But it might mean more money and hey, what’s better than that? Sigh.
Wouldn’t bother me a bit. LieDowns usually draft early in the first round so now my Saturday will be free. FIRE FORD MANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
