One of the questions I would like answered, at the appropriate time and in the appropriate way, is that if Clemens was offered a chance to meet with Mitchell and explain himself and/or deny it to his face, why did he choose not to? Also consider that any statements made by McNamee that are proven false make him subject to prosecution. For a felony.
