EDMONDS LIKELY TO STICK AS CUB
Have you seen Jim Edmonds’ numbers as a Cub? They definitely surprised me a bit. It’s only 68 ABs, but he is hitting .309/.342/.515, with 14 RBI in 22 games. His glove hasn’t been the best, but he wasn’t coming here for that anyway. He was brought here because the Cubs needed a solid lefty bat. So far he is providing that.
