ROID THOUGHTS

2

First thought- would you say it’s a conservative guess to state that there are at least 3X the users mentioned in the report? He needed only 2 sources to nail 87 players. How many more did not get named?

Isn’t it odd that Bonds and Clemens were going to the Hall of Fame before they ever did roids–and now they may not? Should that be taken into consideration?

Were some of these guys doing them correctly? Mark Carreon, F.P. Santangelo, Tm Laker, Matt Franco, etc. What did they do–mix into a bottle of Gatorade and chug?

Does this tarnish the whole “era” of ballplayers? Does it matter to you? Will you watch less baseball next year? Go to fewer games? Interested to hear what you think. Because while it’s a great story, come February we’ll all be talking about the 2008 season.

“Integrity of the game” is a bull crap statement until Baseball installs a salary cap that makes it fair for all teams to compete on an equal playing field. Regardless of one teams success or lack there of despite having 100 times the salary of some teams.

Until baseball makes it an even playing field for it’s teams I could careless what the players are doing.
