THE TUNA RETURNS
So this is what it comes to for Bill Parcells. He gets to pick between the current 2 worst franchises in the NFL for a new gig. By signing a four-year deal with the Dolphins, Parcells returns to the NFL ready to resurrect a team that won its first game of the year just days ago. Enjoy!
Other than the colossal challenge, is there anything to really like about the Dolphins roster? Ronnie Brown just blew out his ACL in October. I suppose John Beck and Ted Ginn are reasons for mild optimism. But after that it’s a bunch of average players or guys who are just getting too old to be part of the next Dolphins run.
Guys like Keith Traylor, Marty Booker, Zach Thomas, Jason Taylor, Vonnie Holiday, Lance Schulters…on and on.
They will have the 1st pick of the draft, but who will they take? Maybe Tuna will trade down and get Jake Long and some other picks. Someone will be totally salivating over McFadden. But since the Fins have Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown, would Tuna really pick him?
Good luck, Tuna. You too, Cam Cameron.
