Shouldn’t we at least wait until Oden is a few years older (he’s only 20 years old, for Gosh sake!) and plays himself back into game shape before labeling him a “bust”? Some sports fans have NO patience.

As for Mulligan and the Bears D, I’ve said it a million times. They’re the most overrated defense of the past 10 years in the NFL. The Bear’s four highest paid players are notorious for having a few great games early in the year (mostly when it’s a prime time game), but playing average ball the majority of the time. Although, I must say that Ogunleye and Urlacher are just basically average all the time now. And to think that bunch is being paid as much as the Ravens mighty defense. WOW.

Yeah the Oden thing is a bit much but in their defense they did say “looking” like a bust.

I think if there was a market for Urlacher out there then the Bears should find it and move him. Of course I thought it was dumb that they extended his deal anyway.

Makes Ray Lewis all the more appreciated.

Agreed, Matty. Ray Lewis and Brian Urlacher shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same sentence. DOH!
